At Hunzum Jewellery, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy below for complete details regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and customer support.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed on the same day (Monday – Saturday) if placed before 6:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Major cities (including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 2–4 working days
  • Other cities and remote areas: 4–5 working days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Delivery Charges

Free Nationwide Delivery on all orders across Pakistan.

Undelivered or Returned Orders

If the courier company is unable to deliver your parcel successfully, the package will be returned to Hunzum Jewellery.

In such cases:

  • Our customer support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
  • If we do not receive a response within 3 days, the order may be canceled.
  • For prepaid orders, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

Order Cancellation

Hunzum Jewellery reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including:

  • Product stock unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Incomplete or unverifiable customer details
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
